LARYSA OLIFIRA

Larysa Olifira received pedagogical education in Pryluky Pedagogical College of I.Franko by specialty “Teaching in Primary Classes of Secondary School”, on base of which in 1982-1986 obtained specialty “Pedagogics and Methodology of Education Work” in Kyiv State Pedagogical Institute of M. Gorkyi (For today – National Pedagogical Dragomanov University).

Professional development as pedagogue – teacher of pedagogics and methodology of  educational work was realized at Pedagogical College, where she received bases of  pedagogics of primary school. In further she broadens the range of her professional activity, working at position of practical psychologist of Pryluky Preschool Orphanage.

Experience of administration activity she obtains during 2001-2003 at positions of Head of Psychological Service, Executive Director and Manager of Directorate of League of Social Workers of Ukraine, Manager of Realization of Social Programs in Association of Youth Organizations of Ukraine “Spectrum”.

Since September 2003 Larysa Olifira joined professional activity with Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine (after renaming – State Higher Educational Institution “”University of Educational Management” of National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine ), in which she passes way from Methodologist, Senior Lecturer of Department of Educational Management, Economy and Marketing to Rector’s Advisor. For today she works at position of Deputy Director of Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education at State Higher Educational Institution “”University of Educational Management” of National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine and Associate Professor of Department of Educational Management, Economy and Marketing.

Permanently working upon own professional development, Larysa Olifira defended thesis. Range of her interests covers theoretical and methodological grounds of development of professional competence of administrators of education.

Larysa Olifira – author of above 30 scientific and educational and methodological publications, including 2 manuals, 2 educational and methodological complexes (in co-authorship).

She participated as Manager, Expert, Trainer in such social projects “Rendering aid for “street  children and social diffenceless children and teenagers” (2002-2003), “Education Policy and education “Equal to equal person” (2004), “Forming Safe Environment for Youth of Ukraine ”  (2005-2007) and “Union of Consumers and Public Associations” (2007-2009), Programs of Development of United Nations Organization (UNO), “Equal Access to Quality Education of Ukraine” (2009-2010) of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Larysa Olifira is distincted with breast sign “Exbellent Worker of Education”, Diplomas of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.
