INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE "ICTTE 2021. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TECHNICS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EDUCATION"

Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Educational Management and Law of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine, headed by Professor Zoya Ryabovova, Hab.D. in Educational Sciences, took part in the International Conference on Technics, Technologies and Education ICTTE 2021, held in Yambol, Bulgaria.

ICTTE 2021 is organized by the Faculty of Technics and Technology of Thrakia University, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. The conference is co-organized by the Yambol branch of the Union of Scientists of Bulgaria (USB), Balkan Society of Textile Engineers (BASTE) and Academic Society of Computer Systems and Information Technologies of Bulgaria (AOKSIT).

The international conference brought together researchers, educators and practitioners from different European countries for the international presentation of their research results and the exchange of knowledge, information and ideas in education, science and technology.

Based on research conducted, in particular, by Harvard University, Carnegie Endowment, Stanford Research Center and within the complex research of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of SIHE "University of Educational Management" "Transformation of Professional Development of Research and Teaching Staff in the conditions of an Open University of Postgraduate Education", our scientists presented " Soft Skills Formation of Specialists in Open Education” Report. The authors of this research paper are Ryabova Z. V., Head of the Department of Educational Management and Law of CIPE, Ass. Professor Lyubchenko N. V., Professor Suprun V. V. and Yelnikovf G. V., Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Methods and Management of Education of the Ukrainian Academy of Engineering and Pedagogy.

The authors suggest that the technology of consulting engineering should be used in the process of mastering the content of educational program, which is associated with intellectual services to design the process of soft skills development. Modeling of soft skills development on the technology of consulting engineering in open education provides conditions for personal growth and professional development of professionals, forms their ability to compete in the labor markets and educational services as well as promotes their potential in professional activities.
