INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN ACTION: II INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR "APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIETAL CHANGES: ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERSPECTIVES"
On September 29, 2021, II International Seminar "Applied Psychology in the Context of Societal Changes: Organizational Psychology Achievements and Perspectives" took place.
The seminar was organized by SIHE “University of Educational Management”, the State University of Moldova, the Kostyuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Ukrainian Association of Organizational and Occupational Psychologists and Center for Personal and Social Transformations NGO.
The international seminar was attended by Ukrainian scientists:
- T.M. Sorochan, Director of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine, Hab. Dr. in Educational Sciences, Professor.
- L.A. Kartashova, Deputy Director of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine, Hab. Dr. in Educational Sciences, Professor, who spoke on Features of training the organization staff in digital eco-systems during pandemic: psychological well-being.
- S.D. Maksymenko, Director of the Kostyuk Institute of Psychology of NAES of Ukraine, Hab. Dr. in Psychology, Professor, Academician of NAES of Ukraine, who analyzed Post-covid syndrome in measurements of genesis and psychological interventions.
- L.M. Karamushka, Deputy Director of the Kostyuk Institute of Psychology of NAES of Ukraine, Hab. Dr. in Psychology, Professor, Academician of NAES of Ukraine, President of Ukrainian Association of Organizational and Occupational Psychologists who revealed Essence, determinants and conditions for ensuring the psychological health of staff of educational organizations.
- O.I. Bondarchuk, Head of the Department of Management Psychology, Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine, Hab. Dr. in Psychology, Professor, who highlighted the Dynamics of psychological security of educational environment during pandemics.
- О.В. Kredentser, a leading specialist of the Laboratory of Organizational and Social Psychology of the Kostyuk Institute of Psychology of NAES of Ukraine, Hab. Dr. in Psychology, member of the Executive Board of the Ukrainian Association of Organizational and Occupational Psychologists who focused on Psychology of intra-organizational entrepreneurship.
- І.О. Bondarevska, Associate Professor of the Department of Management Psychology, Central Institute of Postgraduate Education SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine, Ph. D. in Psychology, Chairman of Center for Personal and Political Transformations NGO, who presented a Model of art development of non-discriminatory values in education.
- K.M. Bondar, Associate Professor of the Department of Practical Psychology, Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, Ph. D. in Psychology, Member of Center for Personal and Political Transformations NGO, who highlighted Features of the art therapist's work with the elderly in psychological relief room.

- Aglaida Bolboceanu, Ph.D. Habil., Professor, Vice-Director, Institute of Educational Sciences (Moldova), who analyzed Impact of social change on the provision of psychological services in secondary schools.
- Svetlana Tolstaia, Director, Doctoral School in Psychology and Educational Sciences, Moldova State University, who made a report on research in the field of organizational psychology in doctoral studies.
- Viorica Mocanu, Ph.D. in Psychology, Associate Professor, Moldova State University, who revealed the Features of the use of psychodrama in the context of social and organizational change.
- Carolina Trigub, Ph.D. in Psychology, Moldova State University; Angela POTANG, Ph.D. in Psychology, Associate Professor, Head of Psychology Department, Moldova State University, who described Manifestation of burnout in prosecution activities.
- Ina Bolocan, Ph.D. candidate, Moldova State University, who identified psychosocial risks in organizations. Case study in a pharmaceutical company.
- Natalia Cojocaru, Ph.D. in Psychology, Associate Professor, Moldova State University, who highlighted the challenges and opportunities of developing Master's program in Organizational Psychology.
