INTERNATIONAL TRAINING "FUNDRAISING AND BASICS OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE"

From September 11, 2021, research and teaching staff of Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Vocational Education of SIHE “University of Educational Management” of NAES of Ukraine participate in the international scientific and pedagogical internship "Fundraising and Basics of Project Activities in Educational Institutions: European Experience" presented by the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland) with the involvement of Sobornist NGO (Ukraine).

More than 300 scientific and pedagogical workers and students of higher and professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of Ukraine and Poland are taking part in the international internship.

The purpose of the internship: improving quality of education according to international educational standards; intensifying introduction of new technologies in the educational process; improving the infrastructure of the educational process; acquiring necessary competencies and gaining practical experience in creating and implementing participants’ projects; raising the level of internationalization and improving the quality of international research cooperation; integrating international/intercultural aspect into teaching, research and service functions of higher, professional and professional higher education; professional scientific discourse.

International internship includes distance learning in seven modules of the program:

Module 1. Project activities and a new educational paradigm.

Module 2. Effective fundraising.

Module 3. Mini-MBA in project management.

Module 4. SoftSkills and teamwork: non-standard solutions to standard problems.

Module 5. Project Management: FROM the action plan TO the project.

Module 6. Innovations in education as a basis of project activity.

Module 7. Developing your own educational project: from theory to practice - in the field of interest of each participant.

The internship program provides 180 hours, 6 ECTS credits.

To date, participants have actively participated in the first two modules of the international internship program, where they had the opportunity to meet with their colleagues from EU countries; exchanged promising experience in organizing educational process, ensuring its quality in today's technological and educational challenges; established contacts for future cooperation with European scientists, educators, students.
