Illyahova M. V. Importance of competence creative teaching staff at post-graduate education

Focusing on innovative upgrade the education of creative personality, design acmeological educational environment is the base for the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine and the Law on Higher Education. This is because the industry has embraced innovation today all areas of human activity and industry. In this process, the main factors appear not material production and concentration of capital and intelligence innovators and scientists, creative knowledge production. It appears the driving force of creativity and value innovation economy "knowledge society". Focusing on innovation is, accordingly, the basis of not only high-tech and scientific fields, but also the education system, the level of which, along with the country's innovation system is an indicator of its competitiveness in the global market. Thus, the problem of art and creativity today occupies a central position in state education policy, defining the search for new scientific concepts, techniques, technologies, potential scientific and industrial areas, stimulating creative production of knowledge.
