PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANCE:
ECOLOGICAL AND FACILITY APPROACH

Lushyn Pavlo –  Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Head of Department of General and Practical Psychology of State higher Educational Institution “University of Educational Management” of National Academy of Educational Sciences

Lushyn P. V. was born in 1957. In 1978 he graduated Kirovograd State Pedagogical Institute of O.S. Pushkin, by specialty “English Language”. In 1983 he defended Candidate Thesis, since 1984 –  Associate Professor of Department of Psychology. Since 1988-1994 – Head of Department of Psychology of Kirovograd State Pedagogical Institute of O.S. Pushkin. In 2002 he defended Doctoral Thesis. During 2002-2005 – Head of Department of Kirovograd State Pedagogical Institute of Vynnychenko. In 2005 – he received scientific title “Professor”. Since 2005 till today – Head of Department of General and Practical Psychology of State Higher Educational Institution “University of Educational Management”. Since 2010 – Head of All-Ukrainian Union “Association of Ecological Assistance”. He supervised scientific and practical school “Ecology Centrism Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance” (“School of Ecological Facilitation” )

School of Ecological Facilitation is accounted for young and experienced psychologists, pedagogues, specialists of related professions, personnel managers, consultants, coaches, heads, and also those who are in transition period, after or during difficult or even dramatic obstacles of life, and also for those who wish to understand themselves more profoundly and discover something new

It is informal educational and simultaneously practical ground where specialists meet, who every day work with people, who want improve own professional skills, work out own individual style, develop their strong features, win weak features, rise as personality and discover others

In opinion of founder of School, Professor P. Lushyn, method of Ecological Facilitation was established not as alternative for other methods, he appeared and formed as result, from one side, of many years practice of  its founder, and from other – theoretical learning process of personal changes. In this direction traditions of classic psychological schools are continued, but in new scientific and historical context, which is distinguished with ideas of globalization, ecology, psychological immunology, quantum transitions, and also non-linearity, non-turnover, little foresight of change process, in general, and personality changes, in particular

At School of Ecological Facilitation every of psychologists-practitioners and  pedagogues accumulate existing tendencies and transform them into own individual style of rendering psychological assistance, which are remained with them forever

Important difference of “School” of Facilitation is not to study definite techniques or render psychological assistance, but to assist development personality of specialist in conditions of rendering assistance for other. At School of Ecological Facilitation little begins from zero, at it, as rule, that is developing that has place as vital or professional resource
