The University provides integrated educational training of managers - professionals in education, especially among reserve for filling managerial positions specified by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional (Kyiv and Sevastopol city), district (city) departments of education, educational institutions; provides professional growth of management and teaching staff at different levels (training, retraining, specialization, internship etc.), conducting thorough research and methodological activities in the definition and implementation of state policy in the field of postgraduate education, provides challenges for these categories of professionals, promotes educational activities via andragogics ideas, acmeology, pedagogical innovations; serves as the Ukrainian Learning, Research and Guidance Center.
