EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CENTRE OF ORGANIZATION OF DISTANT LEARNING
For today IT-technologies are inalienable part of vital activity of enterprises and establishments of all directions. Strategy of Higher Educational Institution “University of Educational Management ” is directed for permanent improvement and development of technological environment, which provides rising of quality and effectiveness of educational process, making it productive, pleasure and accessible for collaborators, lecturers and students. University has developed computer and Internet net, computer classes, equipped with modern techniques. In rooms multimedia equipment are installed and also audio systems for realization of lectures, seminars, conferences and other events.
One of tasks of Educational and Methodological Centre of Organization of Distant Learning is technique support and providing constant work of computer nets and equipment. High qualified specialists, who work at Centre, provide realization IT-policy, support and development of information system of University. They conduct methodical and technique providing of information technologies, local net services in field of indormatization of education, scientific researches and Administration of University with the help of WEB-technologies.
One more important and main task is the methodological assistance, technical support and improvement of created at University by collaborators Centre of Distant Learning. Distant Learning – form of study using computer and telecommunication technologies, which provides interactive interaction of lecturers with students at different stages of education and independent work with materials of information net. Distant Learning at our University presents students the possibility twenty-four-hour access for educational materials, study at any comfortable time, access from any point of the world at presence of Internet, the possibility to combine process of study with main professional activity, permanent support and consulting of lecturers and other technological decisions for providing the effective education process.
That’s why Educational and Methodological Centre of Organization of Distant Learning is one of the most important methodological structure subdivisions of University, which not only provides effective functioning of activity of structure subdivisions and administrative apparatus, and also influence improvement of level of educational process.
