Bazhan S. P. Problems of practical preparation of younger experts of technical specialties in higher educational institutions of I–II levels of accreditation
As a result of research of process of practical preparation of younger experts of technical specialties in higher educational institutions І–ІІ of levels of accreditation in Ukraine we note that professional activity of the student is an activity of the personality, shows readiness and aspiration for practical actions and is manifestation of the conscious organized and purposeful interaction with object of activity.
Need and importance of practical preparation of younger experts, especially technical specialties, on the basis of manufacturing enterprises today it is impossible to call into question, for practical preparation — an obligatory component of the educational and professional program for receiving the certain qualifying level which purpose is practices at students of professional skills and abilities that is a making subsystem of vocational training.
The question of formation of prakseologichesky abilities of students of technical specialties, their practical vocational training in colleges and technical schools of Ukraine is rather actual, multidimensional, demands new scientific development, researches and today needs essential reforming at the state level that will allow to develop at students of technical specialties professional and practical competence.
Absence at higher educational institutions of Ukraine in enough of bases for practical preparation of younger experts of technical specialties are the main reason for discrepancy of modern incomplete higher education to conditions of market economy that deprives educational institutions of possibility to carry out high-quality preparation of young specialists, thus reducing their competitiveness on a labor market.
Legislation updating in the field of the higher education is required, it will promote increase of demand for younger experts let out by colleges and технікумами Ukraine and will simplify entry of Ukraine into the European educational space.
