The article studies the problem of personal readiness for future psychologists to prevention conflicts in professional activities
The problems of professional psychologist activities by the conflictive character are analyzed, making it practically impossible in the case of a low level of personal readiness to provide quality psychological care to client. In particular, conflict between expert functions as consultants and function of emotional support; difference psychologist and client attitudes regarding the type of interaction etc. The content and structure of future psychologists’ personality readiness to conflict prevention in professional activities (cognitive, affective and conative components) is shown.
Based on this, the author presents the social-psychological and psycho-pedagogical problems of development of readiness in the training of future psychologists: unreadiness of teachers to submit samples of constructive behavior in conflict situations; the problem of providing a good social and psychological environment in student groups; deficit of active and interactive learning, which providing awareness of student about factors of conflict in future professional activities etc.
According to this it is concluded that the social-psychological and psycho-pedagogical conditions of development of readiness in the training of future psychologists involves a specially organized social influence on the psychologist; intensification of social and psychological mechanisms of development of personal readiness(social comparison, identification, empathy, etc.); specially organized training in the form of courses, elective courses, etc; implementation of interdisciplinary connections disciplines based on conflictological component etc.
In further studies it is possible to analyze the psychological specificity of training of teachers of higher school to development of personal readiness of future psychologists etc.
