The article proves the Technology of psychological preparation of managers of educational organizations to formation of competitiveness in a changing.
Development of motivational readiness component aims to analyze the needs of managers on the competitiveness of educational organizations (level relevance for the leaders of the competitiveness of educational organizations of their own professional self-motivation). Development of cognitive component involves understanding and willingness to raise the awareness of managers of competition (levels of formation of developing type perception of competition), competitor (levels of the development of humanistic attitude to a competitor), psychological culture of competition (levels of the development of knowledge about the psychological culture of competition), the content, structure and psychological components of the theoretical model of competitive educational organizations. The development of the operating component occurs at the praxeological point and provides training and updating professional activity management through the development of self-control and personal self-enhance practical skills in the competitiveness of educational organizations. The development of personal self-development component focused on the personal qualities of leaders are important for ensuring the competitiveness of their organizations.
Technology is focused on comprehensive development components of psychological readiness of managers to develop competitive educational organizations in terms of change defined preparatory, diagnostic, praxeological, acmeological stages of implementation of the technology in the system of postgraduate education.
