Moskaljova A. S. Professional development as a function of professional crises heads of educational institutions
Lit extremely urgent problem of our time – the study of professional development as a function of personal professional crises heads of educational institutions. Become important issues of understanding the concept of «crisis», which is closely linked to the concept of «personal development of the individual», and «professional crisis» – the concept of «professional development specialist». Traditionally, identity crisis is perceived as a «disease of the soul», «suffering», a sort of «obstacle». And increasingly, scientists are turning to dual approach understanding of the crisis, namely, on the one hand – it is a danger, on the other – the possibilities. The proposed idea favorably with the widely accepted view that the crisis – it is always a test of personality, which leads to negative as in the personal and professional activities. It enables managers to quickly adapt to changes and to respond to challenges that can hamper not only personal, but also professional development.
The aim of our paper is to study the specifics of the professional development manager, revealing contradictions, risks and impacts arising from the professional crisis managers overcoming secondary schools.
Lighting problems reflected in the monographs [1, с. 12]; in several articles [3; 6; 8]; textbooks [2; 4; 5; 7], and the like. Distinctive feature of our proposed method of investigation of professional development as a function of professional crises heads of educational institutions, is to highlight specific features of personal growth manager, which is worthwhile to consider in the context of the regular changes, quantitative, qualitative and structural transformation of his personality as a subject, and the subject of professional activity, based on the desire for professional development, avoiding difficulties overcoming stress, tension, frustration, aggression, development of the learning environment, prone to conflict-free existence, spiritual growth, self-change preparedness and self-affirmation in the professional field and etc. However, during professional development appear ambivalent trends affecting the formation of a professional appearance to encourage professional crises. The proposed method allows to identify the risks and contradictions indicate mutual personal and professional development, influencing the occurrence of crises and professional ability of their leaders to overcome the general educational institutions.
In further studies, the model can be developed to overcome the crisis and prevent professional managers of secondary schools.
