Koshil V. I. Analysis of legislative and normative framework of the activities of non-governmental institutions in the field of social protection of children and youth

This article examines the particularities of Ukrainian legislation in the field of social protection of children and youth; highlights the essence and the principal objectives of the social policy of Ukraine from the scientific perspective; reveals the correlation between social protection, social aid and social support as a mechanism of state governance of the system of social protection of children and youth in the conditions of the increase of the role of civil society institutions. It also  analyzes the issues of legal governance of the activities of non-governmental organizations and institutions in the field of social protection of children and youth, taking into account the social work experience of the Charitable organization “Foundation “Aspern”.
