Social work – a unique profession system "man-man" in need of specialists possession of extensive knowledge, abilities and skills of the professional and personal qualities, a high level of formation of readiness for professional activities. Accordingly, future social workers need to understand not only the symptoms but also the causes of customer problems and be able to find solutions. In the process of training in terms of higher education, future experts of social work must master not only professionally oriented system of knowledge but also acquire practical skills to work with a wide range of customers.

These circumstances actualize the problem of development and improvement of practical training of future qualified social workers to work in the system of social protection. It is properly organized and coordinated industrial practice enables the student to test out and theoretical knowledge to avoid the problem of separation of theoretical knowledge to practical skills, improve their professional level, increasing the level of readiness for future professional activity and location aware social problems and their solutions.
