Maystrenko T. V. Theoretical aspects of lifelong education teachers

An important role in the development of professional post-graduate education plays it, and it can be both formal (training courses, seminars, research, mentoring, etc.) and informal (the study of specialized literature, review of educational programs to communicate with colleagues, etc.

Integration of Education of Ukraine in the world educational space, including its accession to the Bologna process, requires scientific study of history and contemporary development of postgraduate education in Western Europe in the context of the ideas of continuity, integration and democratization of education, and identify promising directions and trends in this field . For Ukraine, the reform of postgraduate education is one of the strategic priorities of the national education system, due to intensive changes that occur in the socio-political and economic life.

The problem of continuous pedagogical education is important for many countries. In the developed world, at least in Europe, continuous professional development is seen as a necessity.

Continuing professional education encompasses many stages of preparation of the individual for responsible professional self: teaching in secondary schools, the extracurricular activities during leisure time, training and adaptation and realization of personal potential, tumors in personal and professional postprofesiyniy activities. As indicated in the Concept of Postgraduate Education of Ukraine, the purpose of this field of educational activities is to meet the individual needs of citizens in personal and professional growth and meet the needs of state for qualified personnel high level of professionalism and culture, can competently and responsibly perform job functions implemented in the latest production technology, promote the socio-economic development of society.

One of its priorities is to intensify the level of teachers professional self-improvement and willingness to guide their own independent work professionally.

Targeted and effective solution given tasks is possible only if grounded theory development model of psychological and pedagogical conditions for successful improvement of professional skills of teachers. For this purpose, the analysis of existing scientific views on the nature of key concepts studied problems of interpretation approaches to teacher professional competence of the individual in the context of lifelong education.
