In a scientific paper analyzes the current state of technological training students in Russia, conclusions about the successes and challenges of implementing the educational field «Technology» in general education. The author examines the different approaches and the reasons for designation of the prospects for the development of technological education in accordance with the needs of modern post-industrial (technological) society.
