This paper focuses on the highly topical issue of formation of economic competence management education as a component of functional and official competence.
The article states that the present higher education system is designed to give knowledge of the professional field of activity, its specificity, has a degree in personal form. The modern manager must possess strong education and knowledge, professional thinking, have their own professional and personal position, economic competence, which is the basis of modern vocational education.
On the basis of scientific management regulations, the history of its development and introduction of new functions in the management of education are allocated to the new demands of their training in the national education system. We prove that the quality and effectiveness of training future managers of education as competitive professionals largely depends on the content and form of the learning process, the implementation of new learning technologies, reorienting education with a subject of study for teaching practical problem solving. The author provides a clear definition of copyright «role playing», «organizational games» and «business-activity games».
The value of game forms of education in shaping economic competence education managers by means of game forms. The complex forms of learning games based on organizational and pedagogical conditions that contributed to the formation of economic competence of management education.
