Davydova O. V. Features of stereotypes іn educational activities and ways to overcome them

In the article shows the issue about feature`s appearing of stereotypes in pedagogical activity and methods of their overcoming. Basic theoretical approaches are considered in relation to a concept «stereotype», a spectrum over of interpretations and determinations of this phenomenon is brought. It is a reason that maintenance of such categories cannot coincide, shows not clear meanings by itself. Our research interest tricks into to understanding by us to the «stereotype», as a «transitional form» that is a part of mechanism`s levels of stereotypification. The value of person`s constituent of the «world character» near with the individual model of man, problems of influence from the mass media (MM) and negative subjective experience on stereotypes and options` forming. The theoretical researchers conducted on existence of two levels for social stereotypes — individual and social. The scopes of the comparative analysis represent not only the negative content of stereotypes, its emotions, value in the mechanisms of social perception, but also underline their advantages in a creative process, development of pedagogical competence, important role in the general process of the psychical regulation of man and show a possibility of transformation. In this aspect pedagogical-educational technologies and converting forms of co-operation, along from the mechanisms of self-development, is an integration of traditional and innovative strategies in direction of pedagogical changes, both on individual level and on the level of development of the whole system.

In further researches our efforts will be sent to realization of empiric problem research process about stereotypification in professional pedagogical activity and development of the overcoming program of pedagogical stereotypes.
