Sytnikov O. P. Innovative model of activity of the manager of educational establishment
The driving force in carrying out educational reforms, innovations in education establishments is the leader and its possession of innovation management principles.
The problems of preparation of managers of such level of professional competence under the conditions of formal, non-formal and informal education are constantly studied and improved.
Analysis of recent publications on the subject discloses the purpose and components of innovation management, tasks of management innovation and management innovation technologies. It is identified difficulties as for implementation of innovative changes and the process of innovative development and also questions with which, for example, school headmasters need improving qualifications.
Based on the research of Donetsk Institute for Postgraduate Education of Engineering teaching staff (Now Bilotserkivsky Institute of continuous professional education) innovative model of the head of the educational establishment is worked out.
The structure of the model includes strategic objectives, ways of their solving, knowledge and skills that are needed for this. Thematic modules that provide meaningful improvement of management competence of manager are developed according to the requirements model. There are events held by Bilotserkivsky Institute of continuous professional education in the between courses period. The degree of meeting the needs of event participants on an example of scientific-methodical seminars is analyzed.
With the aim of intensify and optimize of management decisions based on the received information using ICT approximate structure of automated workplace of manager is worked out.
