Slobodianyk A. V. Method of organization of production studies of future joiners of build on principles project-technological to approach in higher professional schools

In the article the author's technique of production; personal motivational, cognitive and educational, active and creative, reflexive-effective implementation phases, which are implemented as from traditional forms, methods and means of teaching and using innovative teaching technologies, including design, implementation, and focused on relationships between system components industrial training and integrative achievement results — increasing formation of professional competence of joiners of build in VPU.

An author method of organization of production studies of future joiners of build is the reflection of logic of methodical activity of master of production studies from organization of process of production studies, the integrativnim result of which is forming of professional competence of subjects educational-educate to the process.

Specific of a build industry, constantly renewed character of labour and requirement to quality joiner-build it is substantially modified products and necessities of personality as a skilled worker in a capture the system creatively intellectual and in detail technological knowledges and abilities which would provide him professional perfection and competitiveness at the market of labour. Accordingly, the author method of providing of such process must be based on positions of kompetentnisnogo and project-technological approaches. Speech goes that motivational personality, kognitivno-cognitive, diyal'nisno-creative, refleksivno-effective the stages of introduction of author method are realized as on the basis of traditional forms, methods, facilities of studies, so with the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, both during the integral process of production studies, and concretely during realization of project activity after motivational preparatory, cognitive creative, by the technological, effective and refleksivnim stages. The structure of method includes the technological tool of providing of stage of its realization, methods and facilities of capture, by an educational-production by jurisdictions, acquisition of experience of practical, project, professional diyal'nostiu options different forms of organization of process of production studies.
