IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VISITING PROFESSOR PROGRAM AT MARIA GRZEGORZEWSKA ACADEMY OF SPECIAL EDUCATION (POLAND) BY RESEARCH AND TRAINING STUFF OF ESIMP UEM
On October 7th, 2023, the implementation of the Visiting Professor Program began within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between SIHE “University of Educational Management” of NAES of Ukraine and Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education (Warsaw, Republic of Poland) and under the patronage of the rectorate of the University.
As part of the program (180 hours), research and training stuff of Education and Scientific Institute of Management and Psychology of the University were invited to lecture: Tetyana Burlayenko, Head of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Management (60 hours); Oksana Dubinina, Professor of the Department of Public Administration and Project Management (60 hours); Zinaida Smutchak, Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Management (60 hours). The program envisages the exchange of experience between Poland and Ukraine by teaching pedagogical and managerial disciplines in Polish and English.
On October 13th, 2023, a pilot meeting was held between Tetyana Burlayenko and Anna Odrowąż-Coates, the Vice-Rector for Development of Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education, and Katarzyna Sochinska, the leading employee of the International Department, where the implementation of the best global educational and scientific practices in the activities of the two institutions was discussed, as well as expansion and consolidation of ties between the two universities.
The implementation of the above-mentioned program allows us to increase the achievements of University of Educational Management in the development of international educational and scientific projects, to intensify the integration of the University into the world scientific and educational space that undoubtedly brings us closer to Victory!
