WORKING MEETING OF ESIMP LECTURERS WITH THE HEAD OF "EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT" POST-GRADUATE PROGRAM OF JAN DLUGOSZ UNIVERSITY IN CZĘSTOCHOWA

On May 8th, 2023, within the framework of European integration space and ensuring the implementation of European approaches and practices in training of higher education applicants of the Department of Pedagogy, Administration and Special Education of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management and Psychology of SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine, research and training staff of the Department had a working meeting with Dr. Paulina Ucekaj-Jezh, head of "Educational Institution Management"Post-graduate Program, Vice Dean of student and teaching affairs for economic areas at the Faculty of Law and Economics of Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa (Republic of Poland).

During the online meeting, the ESIMP was represented by: Tetyana Rozhnova, Director, member of the working group for the development of "Educational Institution Management" EPP, Ph.D. in Education, Associate Professor; Prof. Nataliya Prykhodkina, Acting Deputy Director, guarantor of "Pedagogy of Higher School" EPP, Hab. Dr. in Education; Tetyana Makhinya, professor of the department, guarantor of "Educational Institution Management" EPP, Ph.D. in Education, Assoc. Professor.

According to the results of the meeting, a number of directions of international scientific cooperation were determined, including: the possibility of improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers according to the programs of Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa (Republic of Poland); the possibility of conducting and free printing of joint Polish-Ukrainian scientific research on the basis of Universities; coordination of topics and courses under the educational and professional program "Educational Institution Management" aiming at presenting to students education systems of both countries; increasing the number of projects of international educational and scientific cooperation, etc.
