By decision of European Commission, 2023 has been declared the European Year of Skills. The head of the National Qualifications Agency, Yury Balaniuk, has been appointed the national coordinator of the European Year of Skills in Ukraine.

The main focus will be on the processes of upskilling and retraining of the labor force for the needs of the labor market, lifelong learning and adult education, digital and green transitions.

SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine became a partner of the Ukrainian team of the National Qualifications Agency of the European Year of Skills in Ukraine. As a partner, the University will have a unique opportunity to disseminate information about its work among the main stakeholders of the European Qualifications Area and the heads of directorates of the European Commission.

SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine registered its European Year of Skills Event Plan with the National Agency of Qualifications including: international and all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, round tables, webinar aand seminars as well as a logistics studio, a foresight session, a summer scientific school in the period from June to December 2023.

All University events organized within the framework of the European Year of Skills will be officially registered by the National Qualifications Agency on the website of the European Commission.
