UKRAINIAN-AUSTRIAN "LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN WAR CONDITIONS" PROJECT

On December 14th, 2023, the final webinar of Ukrainian-Austrian "Leadership and Management in Conditions of WarProject was presented. The Project has been implemented throughout 2023 with the support of Dominik Eisenmann, Education Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in Ukraine, the Commissioner for Education of the Ministry of Education, Science and Research of Austria, and OeAD (Austrian Office for International Cooperation in Education and Research). It was attended by representatives of SIHE "University of Educational Management": Nataliya Muranova, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical, Educational Work and International Affairs, Larisa Olifira, Deputy Director of Central Institute of Postgraduate Education, Larisa Sergeeva, Head of the Department of Professional and Higher Education of CIPE, and Olga Prosina, Head of the Department of Philosophy and Adult Education, together with representatives of Vinnytsia Academy of Continuing Education, Kyiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education of Pedagogical Personnel, Transcarpathian Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, Odesa Academy of Continuing Education.

The webinar took place in the format of a workshop and concluded a block of practical classes devoted to the integration of dialogic methods and technologies into the format of online education.

The trainer of the webinar was an expert from Austria - Evelyn Dehant-Tucheslau, a specialist in coaching, organizational consulting and school development support. Under her guidance the participants had the opportunity to practically immerse themselves and try out the "Aquarium" method online, analyze its features in comparison with the face-to-face format and the possibilities of implementation in professional activities in modern conditions.

At the end of the webinar, Dominik Eisenmann summed up the entire project program and, as a result, certificates were given to the participants.

We are sincerely grateful to Dominique Eisenmann, Evelyn Dehant-Tucheslau and all the Austrian experts involved in "Leadership and Management in Conditions of War" Project for the innovative experience and practical tools obtained, for trusting, creative and psychologically comfortable atmosphere, for productive cooperation. We expect to continue in new projects on current problems of education in Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction.
