UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT HOSTELY OPENS DOORS FOR ENTRANTS

On June 8th, 2022, SIHE “University of Educational Management” of NAES of Ukraine hospitably opened its doors to  entrants of 2022, their parents and educators. This year's All-Ukrainian Open Day was held under the slogan "Innovations of the Admission Campaign-2022" and was held online over Zoom with simultaneous broadcast on the YouTube channel of SIHE "University of Educational Management":

The event was dominated by a friendly, open, favorable atmosphere, which allowed the speakers to effectively provide professional advice to prospective students on significant changes in the conditions of admission to higher educational institutions in Ukraine due to martial law.

The program of the event included presentations by speakers-scientists on topical issues for entrants. The attention of the audience was focused on the features of quality preparation for the national multi-subject test in the Ukrainian language, mathematics, history of Ukraine; innovations in admission to the University of Educational Management and Admission Rules; features and prospects of studying at the University as a structural unit of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine; preparation for writing a motivation letter and for the Master's test of academic competence.

The event was opened by Prof. Natalia Muranova, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical, Educational Work and International Relations, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, who presented the educational, scientific and international activities of the University; its structure; scientific and pedagogical staff; academic mobility of higher education students; possibility of studying in two specialties, etc.

Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, Assoc. Prof. Vira Dragunova, Ph.D. in Education, presented the Rules of Admission, the preparation and timing of the national multidisciplinary test (Ukrainian language, mathematics, history of Ukraine); Master's test of educational competence; terms of the main, additional and special sessions; popular online resources for entrants, provided useful advice on choosing a modern profession.

Creative, emotional and extraordinary – such was the speech of Assoc. Prof. Galina Berezhnaya, Associate Professor of Department of Public Administration and Project Management of the Institute of Management and Psychology, Ph.D. in Economics, who provided useful advice to entrants on writing a cover letter, highlighted its main structural components and emphasized the criteria for its evaluation at the University of Educational Management.

Assoc. Prof. Tetyana Burlaenko, Head of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Management of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management and Psychology, Ph.D. in Education, presented an equally important report for entrants to prepare for the Master's test of educational competence, emphasizing the features of the program, the timing of its implementation and registration. Most importantly, she invited everyone for free training to be prepared for Master's test in academic competence, which was first launched by the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Management of the Institute of Management and Psychology. The training is due in mid-June and will last till July.

Summing up the event, Assoc. Prof. Tetiana Rozhnova, Director of the Institute of Management and Psychology of the University, Ph.D. in Education, thanked all participants for their attention, activity and perseverance in choosing University of Educational Management as their future institution of higher education and invited entrants invited entrants to career guidance, educational Open dialogue with graduating departments "Coffee for Entrants at the University of Educational Management", which will take place during June 2022 online.
