Grabovskiy P. P. Didactic model of teacher's of natural and mathematics subjects informational competence development іn the system of postgraduate рedagogical еducation
The problem of teacher's of Natural and Mathematics subjects competence development is an actual problem in the system of postgraduate teacher education. The one of the ways of finding an answer of the mentioned problem modeling can be consider. So, the purpose of an article is didactical model of teacher's of Natural and Mathematics subjects competence development construction.
Analyzing works of national scientists (V. Yagupova, O. Spirina and others) we identified the following components of this mentioned model: target, diagnostical and motivational, contents, procedural, estimated-projecting, effective.
The target component ensures an awareness of those who teach the purpose of teaching and helps to demonstrate it to the subjects of study, forms they visual image of their teaching and learning activities and so on.
Diagnostic and motivational component provides the determination of the teacher's informational competence existing level and forming their positive motivation to learning activity.
Content component represents the content of education which consists of the next thematic moduls: the bases of ICT; multimedia in didactics; the social services of internet in the process of teaching; program pedagogical means; the basics of the safe work on PC; the package of Microsoft Office in didactics and thematic discussion on the subject: «Informational technologies in education».
Processual component bases on organization of the practical teaching and learning activity of those who studing to learn an education material. The components of this one is principles, methods, forms and learning tools. We can select the number of common endragogical principles of education and approach in educational and development process organization. We can select the next educational forms: work in groups, work in microgroups, practical, project activity and so on.
Estimated-projecting and effective components involve the determination of informational component development level (initiale level, average level, sufficient level, high level) after they graduate learning in the way of indicators of the next criteria – motivation, cognitively operation, reflective. Exept of it, planning of the teacher's informational self-development competence in the period between education.
So, we developed a new didactic model of teacher's of Natural and Mathematics subjects competence development in the system of postgraduate teacher education. The realization of the proposed model provides a concrete result – achievement of teacher's high level development of mentioned competence.
