Directions of development of higher education of Ukraine are certain taking into account the tendencies of realization of innovative policy EU. Exposed requirement to quality of preparation of specialists in the conditions of strengthening of global labour-market and realization of political changes. The effective instruments of decision of problem of removal of break between increasing development of innovative processes are offered in education and by the existent mechanism of management innovative processes in the educational system.
