Lukіanchuk N. V. Monitoring as a means of improving talent the system works with gifted children and youth
This article analyzes the level of psycho-pedagogical monitoring for effective work with gifted children and youth. Monitoring technology supervision and support of talent can help solve the problem of reasonable, systematic research, which will result in improving the system of work with gifted children and youth in the country.
The goal of the submitted article is to determine the level of monitoring that can contribute to improving the system of work with gifted students in the educational process in secondary schools.
An explanation concept of psycho-pedagogical monitoring. Determined that search, tracking, support for gifted children and youth has six levels: individual, local, local, regional, national and international.
Individual monitoring has gifted child. She oversees the development of their own or adult record achievements. It is proposed to conduct special «card advances personality» and «identity passport». Local monitoring is within the specific educational establishment to summarize and identify key activities and develop strategies and tactics of individual students. At the local level monitoring study includes all educational, extracurricular institutions, charities that deal with working with gifted administration to a generalized picture of the activities of all those involved in working with gifted children and youth. In monitoring studies at national level join all who live in Ukraine. International monitoring studies covering common international standards for talent.
Dedicated six levels of monitoring gifted children and young people, allowing organize, summarize, evaluate, adjust work with gifted from preschool to adult personality at the national level with the only requirements.
The prospect of further research to monitor differences seen among students of secondary schools with different kinds of talent to further their professional orientation.
