Morozova M. E. Human resource management as a basis for increasing the competitiveness of organization

An important area of successful operation of Ukraine's economy is improving existing systems to ensure the competitiveness of the organization, significantly expanding the possibilities of introducing new approaches to reforming the administrative field.

Most programs focus on HR personnel, which are often designed for employees who have long working in the organization. But in fact, the organization should try to keep the employee from the day when he went to work for the first time and did not stop and then.

In our opinion, management personnel — a systematic and organizational process that helps achieve maximum results with minimum expenditure of resources used to implement the goals. Therefore personnel management system for creating an appropriate environment increases the quality of professional services and professional level and competitiveness of both the employees as the organization.

We found that HR does not allow boilerplate approach it requires significant changes and creative approach to the specific situation.
