DIALOGUE IN THE LOGISTICS ONLINE STUDIO: THE EUROPEAN YEAR OF SKILLS IN UKRAINE
On October 19th, 2023, a plenary session was held in Logistics Online Studio on “Logistics of the Implementation of Innovative Educational Technologies for the Development of "4K" Skills” within the framework of the European Year of Skills.
The initiators and organizers of the event were long-term partners - Department of Professional and Higher Education of CIPE of SIHE “University of Educational Management” of NAES of Ukraine and Educational and Methodological Center of Vocational and Technical Education in Chernivtsy Region.
Moderators: Larisa Sergeyeva, Professor, Hab.Dr. in Pedagogical Sciences, Head of Department of Professional and Higher Education of CIPE, SIHE “University of Educational Management” of NAES of Ukraine, and Svitlana Mykytyuk, Director of Educational and Methodological Center of Vocational and Technical Education in Chernivtsy region.
Studio participants were the trainees of advanced training courses of Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of SIHE "University of Educational Management" of NAES of Ukraine from 18 regions of Ukraine, participants of "Soft Skills - Modern Skills for Success" Scientific and Educational Alliance and members of the regional methodical association of teachers of special disciplines and masters of production training of skilled workers of the garment production from Chernivtsy region.
During the plenary session of Logistic Online Studio, topical issues were highlighted: vectors of professional development of educational institution specialists on the basis of pedagogical logistics; "4K" skills in logistics service for consumers of educational services; "4K" skills as a goal and result of professional transformation; "4K" skills as a basis for the formation of qualified specialists of the 21st century; critical thinking strategies in the professional activity of a teacher at an educational institution; the role of communication for the process of adaptation of applicants in the conditions of modern educational challenges; storytelling as a relevant skill of an effective teacher; interactive learning methods as a basis for the developing "4K" skills, etc.
On the 603rd day of the terrible and bloody war, dialogue participants strategically reflected on the training of specialists for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. They did it with the thought of Victory, the European future of our democratic state, and the historical mission of professional education.
