INFORMATION

Was born in Lazirky village, Poltava region. In 2003 she graduated Lazirky secondary educational school of I-II level with honour.

Since September, 2003 till 2008 she was studied at Faculty of History of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Since October 2008 till 2011 was student of postgraduate studies at Faculty of History of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv by daily form.

In 2011, September 12^th Alla Vinichenko defended Candidate thesis by specialty 07.00.02 – World history in specialized scientific council D. 26.001.01 of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Since October, 2012 till today – Scientific Secretary of Scientific Council of State Higher Educational Institution “University of Educational Mamagement” of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

Authour of 11 works of scientific and educational and methodological character, including co-authourship of manual “Analysis of Educational Policy: Theory and Practice of Management at Local Level”.
