Deals with the highly topical issue for the development of postgraduate education in the context of globalization changing modern world. We consider postgraduate education due to the increasing role of globalization of society, the issue of ongoing formation and development of the intellectual potential of human Postgraduate period. It is noted that the modernization of society is impossible without skilled staff of talented scientists, quality education and continuing professional education. Therefore, it needs growth of scientific potential, the accumulation of intellectual property and so on. It is noted that the current system of postgraduate education in Ukraine does not meet the current needs of not only the state but also a society that is part of the labor market, which only emphasizes the need for change. Deals with the concept of globalization and its impact on the system of postgraduate education. Globalization is directly related agencies and institutions of postgraduate education, especially as urgent task is to disseminate educational features of the European system Postgraduate education, unification and standardization of educational, research, innovation, networking, economic, legal and other aspects of educational activities. It was determined that under the influence of contemporary globalization trends of social development, postgraduate education is its driving force, a catalyst. Dealing with the transformation of post-graduate education will not only help increase its competitiveness in the labor market, but also the implementation of its national circumstances, taking into account their convergence with European and world educational space.
