The article is devoted to the study of systems research approaches forternoho child care. It is proved that a foster child care is a response to requests from the community about the children needs to protection and care. In the form of foster care for a child is work that requires payment and recognition from the community and the state. Foster care as work at the request of the community is focused on strengthening its values and social relations, it manifests itself in social relationships and everyday life and can not be equated to professional work with a clear structure and defined results.
The unpredictability of everyday life and work foster parents put her in special conditions which need support team specialists and clarity of definition of social and legal coordinates on their activities.
