Today a concept «quality» is actively used in the system of education, quality of education is examined as a political, social, administrative and pedagogical category. As a management category, it determines strategies of influence on the certain indexes of functioning of the educational system and elects the possible ways of changes and its development. It is for this purpose necessary to define organizationally pedagogical terms of quality management of educational activity of the cathedral system, which will include for itself an adaptive organizational structure management, continuous and innovative scientifically methodical accompaniment of pedagogical collective.
The important link of internal environment of the cathedral system is it organizational constituent.The tasks of organizational development of the cathedral system is: diagnostics of the cathedral system; development of aims; valued orientiriv, styles of conduct; modernization of control system by a personnel; development of communicative network of departments and structural subdivisions; optimization of organizational structure; development of the system of motivation and stimulation scientifically pedagogical workers; forming of command spirit development of corporate culture.
Important is vision of the cathedral system as the unique mechanism of activity of all structural subdivisions of institutes of post pedagogical education, which between itself interdependent and vzaemouzgodzhenimi connections for combining effort on the purpose of realization of the put tasks in educational, methodical, scientific work assignments. For providing of quality of alaptivnogo management development of the cathedral system there is a necessity for development of the program of general actions in relation to the decision of the put tasks, to development of which those structural subdivisions of the cathedral system, interests of which call or coincide.
