GUEST LECTURE "TRANSFORMATION AND COMMUNITY REFORMS: THE EXPERIENCE OF POLAND"

On September 16, 2021, an online lecture "Transformation and Community Reforms: the Experience of Poland" was held at SIHE “UEM” of NAES of Ukraine within the discipline "Economic Governance" of "Public Administration and Management" Training Program.

The guest lecture was initiated by Prof. Olena Aleinikova, Hab.Dr. in Public Administration, Department of Public Administration and Project Management NNIMP.

Lecturers were: Dariusz PAVLISCI, Head of the Gromadka Commune (Republic of Poland), Hab.Dr. in Economics, Professor; Martin KESI, Dean of Bydgoszcz University of Economics, Hab.Dr. in Economics, Honorary Professor; Petro PACHOSKI, Deputy Mayor, Deputy of the City Council; Jelenia GORA, PhD student at the University of Economics in Wrocław.

The lecture was designed for Master's and Post-graduation Program students of Public Administration and Management educational program and for Research and Teaching Staff.

The feeling of patriotism towards our country of Mr. Dariusz was extremely pleasant for the audience, his speech was in Ukrainian in front of Ukrainian symbols.

The lecture contributes to the quality of specialists’ training at the university in the specialty "Public Administration" and the internationalization of higher education
