LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE WAR PROJECT CONTINUES
On November 15th, 2023, another webinar was held within the framework of Leadership and Management in the conditions of the War Project. The following problems were discussed: "Conducting and Implementing Reforms in the Field of Education under Martial Law. Educational Losses (Losses in Learning Outcomes): What to Do and Where to Start in the Education System of Ukraine (at National Level, at Regional Level, at Local Level)".
Research and training stuff of post-graduate educational institutes from Vinnytsia, Odesa, Uzhhorod, Bila Tserkva, Kyiv as well SIHE “University of Educational Management” participated in this event. There was an active dialogue and mastering of modern tools for organizing active training online.
Trainers Evelyn Dehant-Tucheslau, coach, organizational consultant, development expert, and Birgitt Stolba, expert in education management, leadership, school development (Vienna Pedagogical University), organized the work of the groups and created conditions for trustful lively communication.
We thank Dominik Eisenmann, Project Manager, Educational Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in Ukraine, the Commissioner for Education of the Ministry of Education, Science and Research of Austria, and OeAD (Austrian Service for International Cooperation in the Field of Education and Research) for the high level of management of this educational event .
