Ukrainian and Austrian Project “KulturKontakt” (Wien, Austria)

On June, 14th, 2016, at State Higher Educational Institution “University of Educational Management”  of National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine the meeting was held with Coordinator in Education of Project Bureau “KulturKontakt”  of  Federal Ministry of Education, Art and Culture (Wien, Austria) –  Gudrun Painsi. From University in the meeting  as participants were Vice-Rector of Scientific and Methodological Work and International Relations Otych Olena Mykolayivna and Head of Department of International Cooperation Kryvonos Nataliia Victorivna. In the result of meeting the parts agreed about following:

1. To start new Project with working title “Development of professional  social and communicative competence and competence of self-perfection of leaders of general educational institutions of Ukraine in the system of  postgraduate pedagogical education (term of execution: June, 2016 – December, 2017)”.

2. Distinguish as the aim of Project the working out of study modules, the contents of which is directed to develop professional  social and communicative competence and competence of self-perfection of  future and present directors of general educational institutions and testing of the contents in practical activity of University of Educational Education in qualification improvement of learners and master preparation of students.

3. Form 3 groups – participants of Project: expert group (Otych O.M.), Olifira L.M., Riabova Zoia, Sorochan T.M., Kryvonos N.V., Stepko  M.F.,  Aleinikova O.V., Oleinyk O.V.), future trainers (20 persons), learners of courses of qualification improvement (25 persons).

4. To prepare official documents for organization of Ukrainian and Austrian cooperation: common concept of Project (till July, 10th, 2016), agreement about cooperation (till September, 1st ,  2016), protocol of meeting of Ukrainian and Austrian  groups for signing agreement (October – November,  2016).

5. To identify main directions of common Project activity:

-  Monitoring of needs of directors of General Educational Institutions in professional self-development and development of social and communicative competence;

Results: 1. The list of needs of directors. 2. Observing of change dynamics of development levels of their professional  social and communicative competence. 3. Working out of educational module and strategy of qualification improvement of directors of Higher Educational Institutions.

6. Final results:

    1. Study Module for qualification improvement of directors, methodologists.
    2. Study Module for master students.
    3. Educational Module for institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education -  Members of  “Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education ”.
    4. Working out of common Austrian and Ukrainian Report about possibilities of introduction of working out educational Module in the contents of postgraduate pedagogical education of Austria.
    5. Attraction of Austrian expert group to the staff of creative groups of Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education in research of issues and needs of institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education in educational and methodological, and scientific methodological  support of activity, and working out and introduction  in practice the standards of  qualification improvement of pedagogical and leading personnel of education.
    6. Placing scientific publications of Austrian experts in scientific and methodological journal of University of Educational Management “Postgraduate Education in Ukraine”  in rubric “For Methodologist’s Assistance ”.
