The article raised a very relevant issue of competitiveness of the post-graduate teacher education in the modern world. Specified relevance of implementing a marketing approach to the post-graduate education. Emphasized that the post-graduate teacher education needs to focus on identifying competitive advantages compared with other universities and research institutions that are engage dinsimilar activities and have an incentive to complete and high-quality customer satisfaction of this segment of the education market.

Defined the concept of "competitiveness of the post-graduate teacher education" based on analysis of the content of education allegislative and normative acts, of the scientific literature on marketing and educational sources of problems schools’ competitiveness. Indicated that the competitiveness of the post-graduate teacher education is potential ability to stay ahead of other educational and research institutions in meeting the needs of society in educational services by improving the system of vocational and educational training, training and training management, academic teaching and teachers provided effective use of available school resources and ability to implement competitive pedagogical innovation.

The author compiled systematization factors influence internal and external factors on the competitiveness post-graduate education through the classification of the competitive advantages of the educational institutions. One of the most important factors that determine the competitiveness of post-graduate education, recognizes the quality of the educational process. In further studies can be developed effective strategies to ensure competitiveness of the post-graduate teacher education.
