Nakonechna N. V. Organizational culture as social and psychological phenomena
In the article the concept of organizational culture as social and psychological phenomenon, the study of which is extremely important for the improvement of the higher educational institution activity, including the private form of ownership, was substantiated. The definition of organizational culture taking into account the social and psychological aspect was analyzed and generalized. It is noted that one of the priorities of organizational and psychological factors of formation, development and improvement of corporate culture is a corporate consciousness. The comparison of concepts of “organizational culture”, “corporate culture” was conducted, the psychological relationship of these concepts was stated. The content components of organizational culture were generalized, on the basis of which the main components for the analysis were defined: 1) world view as the generalized system of human visions on the world in general and its place in it; 2) organizational values as a link between organizational culture and spiritual world of the individual; 3) style of behavior that characterizes the employees of a specific organization, corporation; 4) norms as a set of formal and informal requirements; 5) psychological climate in the team.
The defined components of organizational culture taking into account the transformations in the organizational culture of educational institutions of private form of ownership were characterized. The definition of organizational values as a set of socially important and vital factors determining the changes and shape of the corporation activity and line of conduct of its employees, was offered. The conformity of the definition to social and psychological features of educational institution of private form of ownership was indicated. The importance of the totality of the components of organizational culture was indicated. Proposed by the author the scientific achievement is considered as a tool for improvement of the private educational institution activity.
